Eminem is once again proving that he’s a dominate force in the music industry. According to early reports, the rapper’s latest album Recovery will debut in the top spot on the Billboard Top 200 having sold close to 750,000 units. That makes five consecutive solo albums to debut at #1 for Em.
The official week-one tally from Nielsen SoundScan won’t be available ’til tomorrow morning, but the numbers are correct, Recovery will be the biggest debut of the year so far.
And although Eminem is known for pulling out amazing record sales, the music industry isn’t what it use to be, so how did he pull off these numbers?
