Liam Gallagher has announced dates for the first live shows with his new band, Beady Eye. The group, which, in addition to Gallagher, includes ex-Oasis members Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock, will stage performances in Glasgow, Manchester and London in March 2011. Joining the group on tour will be Ultrasound keyboardist Matt Jones and bassist Jeff Wootton, who has previously played with Gorillaz.

Beady Eye released their first track, “Bring the Light,” as a free download on November 10. Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan raved last week after hearing the band’s entire album, which is slated for release in 2011. “It’s not Oasis anymore,” Meighan said. “It’s Liam’s band. I support him all the way with that.”

Tickets for the scheduled performances go on sale on Friday, November 26, and will be available through the group’s website.

Dates are as follows:

Glasgow Barrowlands – March 3 and 4
Manchester Apollo – March 6 and 7
London Troxy – March 9 and 10
