In an interview, Machine Head revealed that their seventh studio album will be out in September. The band are currently recording the album in Green Day's Oakland studio, Jingletown Studios. Avenged Sevenfold’s ‘Nightmare’ Goes Gold

As the first album without Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan, Avenged Sevenfold's "Nightmare" could have been a half baked affair. The sales statistics, however, say otherwise. Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith announced that the band’s forthcoming album will be released in “the last week of August.” The still unnamed record will be the band’s first since the 2007 smash hit “Stadium Arcadium.” The album will be the first to feature guitarist Josh Klinghoffer. Kings of Leon Announce U.S. Tour Dates

Kings of Leon have announced the dates of a U.S. summer tour in support of their fifth full-length, "Come Around Sundown." Band of Horses will be joining KOL for the 29-date trek, which kicks off Jul. 25 in Orange Beach, Ala.
