If you’re a fan of Atlanta indie unit Gringo Star, then you’re likely already psyched for the upcoming release of the band’s sophomore LP, Count Yer Lucky Stars, on October 25th via Gigantic Music. Granted, that’s still a ways off, but in the meantime you can enjoy the recently-released video for “Shadow,” one of the tracks off the new record.
It’s a dreamy sort of video centered on a girl who gets out of bed and runs through her gigantic home and the surrounding woods after a giant woodland creature carrying a bunch of balloons – and some firearms. Take that premise and throw in some slow-motion and cool lighting effects and you get a video that’s light, airy and a good match for the song.
