To celebrate the arrival of Uniqlo stores across Manhattan, the Japanese clothing company has picked several New Yorkers to pose for the brand, including Oscar winner Susan Sarandon, John Leguizamo, Darren Criss and musician Esperanza Spalding, among others.
The talent gathered for this campaign was also interviewed to give their thoughts about the city they live in, the things they love and the things they get inspired by.
The collection of portraits is called “NYC Voices”, and with it, the fashion house premieres their new Fall/Winter collection comprised of basic, easy and casual garments for the season.
Oscar nominee Laura Linney, Tumblr creator David Karp and journalist Alex Chadwick are also part of this campaign.
