The fighting between the Gallagher Brothers has resumed, according to NME. Liam filed a lawsuit earlier this year after his brother said in a press conference that he had pulled out of a headline performance at V Festival in 2009 due to a hangover. Liam later dropped the suit.
Now Noel has fired back, filing a suit of his own in which he accuses Liam of leaving abusive messages on his wife’s voicemail, and trying to attack him, wielding a guitar “like an axe” backstage in 2009.
Acording to the Daily Mirror, the documents go on to describe how Noel’s feelings about being mocked onstage by his brother, as well as a long list of other offenses. You can view the court documents here.
Noel is currently busy with his band, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, which is currently on tour and Liam currently performs in Beady Eye, a band he started with the remaining Oasis members.
