Where’s The Party? New Year’s Eve in Atlanta

Atlanta how will you be spending your New Year’s Eve? There’s parties and shows going on all around the city, including the two I’m about to mention.

4th Ward Heroes, in conjunction with the good folks at the Star Community Bar, will hosting the a New Year’s Eve bash Lil’ 5  style. Several bands will be performing, including Noot D’ Noot, Carnivores and Coathangers. The party is only $10.00 and kicks off at 9 P.M. The show is 21+, so all you youngsters will have to find somewhere else to party, or you can always go to The Underground and watch the peach drop.

Now, for those of you that choose not to hang in the 5 for New Year’s Eve, our friends at Smith’s Olde Bar have put together a good show as well.

The Constellations will be playing upstairs in the popular Atlanta venue. Cousin Dan and The Higher Choir close out the lineup. Tickets are $25.00 and doors open at 8 PM. You can pick up your tickets via Ticket Alternative here.

These are only two of many things going on in the city, so if you know of another party we should mention then email us, or leave the details in the comment section. We’ll be working on a more detail list of shows over the next few days so check back soon.

-The Scene will discuss happenings in the local area. To bring an event to our attention, or to tell us about a local band or artist that’s worth mentioning, email us at [email protected] And don’t forget to friend us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.
