Sometimes you make a friend on Facebook and sometimes you meet crazy people who terrorize you. It’s the latter for former Danzig bassist Jerry Montano.
TMZ reports, Montano filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court to obtain a restraining order against Priscilla Caputo. Montano says he initially spoke to Caputo on faceook, meeting her through a friend, and then Caputo spent the night at his house on December 5.
Caputo spent another night at his house on December 11, and two days later, after turning down her invitation to hang out, she “freaked out”. From that point Montano claims to have received a series of harassing texts and eventually she turned up at his residence, and after a roommate let her in the house she “trashed the place.”
But the harassment didn’t stop there according to Montano. He claims Caputo continued to text him, and at one point said she would tell the cops he raped her if he filed charges against her.
A judge will decide whether or not to grant Montano a permanent restraining order on January 6.
I’m sure next time Montano will screen those friend request a bit more carefully.
