The 54th annual Grammy awards have come to an end and there were few surprises.
The big winner of the night was Adele. The singer was nominated for six grammys and walked away with a clean sweep, winning Best Album (21), Song of the Year (“Rolling in the Deep”), Record of the Year (“Rolling in the Deep”), Best Pop Solo Performance (“Someone Like You”), Best Pop Vocal Album (21), and Best Short Form Music Video (“Rolling in the Deep”).
Other big winners included Foo Fighters who walked away with five awards, including Best Rock Album (Wasting Light), beating Best Rock Song (“Walk”), Best Rock Performance (“Walk”), Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance (“White Limo”), and Best Long Form Music Video (Back And Forth). Bon Iver won two grammys for Best New Artist and Best Alternative Album and, Skrillex who received three grammys. See the list of winners below.
