Gabriel Aubry Won’t Be Charged for Alleged Nanny Shove

As previously reported, Halle Berry‘s ex-boyfriend, and the father of her 3-year old daughter Nahla, Gabriel Aubry, as being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery, but the former model will not be charged due to because of “insufficient evidence”, according to TMZ.

Last month Nahla’s nanny, who works for both Gabriel and Halle, filed a police report against the ex-model after he allegedly pushed her into a door while holding Nahla. The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured, and Gabriel was being investigated for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. Child protective also launched their own investigation.

After the incident Berry went to court and asked a judge to strip Aubry of his visitation rights until both cases were resolved. Instead the judge, per a recommendation by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, ordered that a monitor be in place when Aubry has Nahla.
