The lineup for the 2012 Hangout Festival lineup has been announced and headlining this year is the newly solo Jack White and Dave Matthews.

The 2012 Hangout Fest will take place May 18,19 and 20th in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Tickets go on sale February 10th.
