Actor , who played Hogwarts bully Vincent Crabbe in the Harry Potter films, was sentenced to two years on Tuesday for his part in last summer’s London riots.
Waylett, 22, was found guilty of violent disorder by a jury at London’s Wood Green Crown Court and sentenced to two years for violent disorder and 12 months for handling stolen goods, to run concurrently, according to reports.
The actor, who was suspected of looting champagne from a drug store during the London riots on August 8th, was cleared of intending to destroy or damage property although he was pictured holding a petrol bomb.
He will be eligible for release in one year.
