The Flaming Lips will Release Exclusive All-Star Album for Record Store Day

As previously reported, The Flaming Lips are working on a new collaboration album that will feature Yoko Ono, Nick Cave, Chris Martin of Coldplay, Bon Iver, Ke$ha and Erykah Badu and more. The double album entitled The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends will be released exclusively for Record Store Day, Saturday, April 21st.

The LP will be pressed on two high-quality, multi-color vinyl discs housed in separate custom art jackets and poly bagged together. No two discs will look exactly alike, and once it’s sold out it will not be repressed again.
