A representative for R&B singer Bruno Mars has issued a public statement, denying that the Mars is gay.
In a report issued by CNN on April Fool’s Day (yuh-huh), it was said that Mars had ‘come out’ during an interview on a Chicago-based radio show. CNN’s iReport quoted Mars as stating:
“The timing is bad. I hadn’t realized it was April Fool’s Day, but it’s been pointed out to me, and I don’t want to go too public with this.”
In the days since, Bruno Mars has used a representative to deny all claims of homosexuality and demanded that the CNN report be removed from their site (which the news network has acceded to).
