New Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes Track Released

In honor of the death of r&b/rap group TLC member Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes, an new track featuring Left Eye has been released. Tomorrow, April 25th, 2012 marks the 10 year anniversary of her death.

Lopes was killed in a tragic car crash in Honduras on April 25th, 2002.

The track titled “Fantasies” also features rapper Bootleg (of the Dayton Family) and is released under Block Starz Music, a German label that is now owned by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation. Imagine if Left Eye was still alive today and somehow made it to link with Jay-Z’s label.

As for the still living members of TLC, T-Boz and Chilli, the two are reportedly working on producing a autobiographical documentary for VH1.

“Lisa is our sister. You never get over losing a family member,” says Chilli. “We love her and we miss her and that isn’t ever going to change.” (via AllHipHop)
