The much talked about Lower Dens, have announced the release of the video for new track, Propagation. The dreamy lo-fi Baltimore quartet have been receiving a good deal of attention of late, with their new record Nootropics having recently been released on Ribbon Music.
The video for the track is a strange affair, in line with that of Santigold’s video for ‘Disparate Youth’, numerous videos of late have seemingly featured a number of ritualistic activity. Perhaps that’s one for the conspiracy theorists, but we’ll see. The band, painted white and dressed in beekeepers outfits, trapse through some classically dark woods seemingly worshipping anything that glows. It’s certainly one to take a look at.
Nootropics is out now, and the band will be touring both North America and the UK in support of the release, which you can see here. Take a look at the video below:
