Judge Denies Floyd Mayweather’s Request for Early Release from Jail

Can’t say we’re surprised.

Earlier today, a judge denied the Floyd Mayweather’s request for an early release from jail.

As previously reported, Mayweather’s lawyers filed a motion Monday asking a judge to allow Floyd to finish out his 90-day jail sentence under house arrest.

Mayweather’s lawyers and doctor fear that the boxing champion’s health would suffer due to “lack of regular exercise, will most likely lead to irreversible damage to Mr. Mayweather’s physique.” But the judge was less than sympathetic – stating, “While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses.”

Mayweather is  serving a 90-day sentence for domestic violence after attacking his ex-girlfriend in front of their two children.

Floyd should have hired Linday Lohan’s lawyer. If that girl knows anything –it’s how to get out of jail.

What do you think about the judge’s decision? Let us know in the comment section.
