Ryan Murphy delivers ‘Glee’ful news

Glee co-creator and show runner Ryan Murphy created a Twitter account yesterday and treated the show’s rabid fans to a deleted scene that featured Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) exchanging Christmas gifts in a hallway at McKinley High.

The previously unreleased scene was supposed to be shown in the show’s third season but was cut by Fox at the last minute. Fans were angry and demanded that the scene appear on the Season 3 box set. Thanks to Murphy however, fans will not have to wait long to see view the long awaited scene.

The appearance of the deleted scene is not the only new Glee news to hit the web. Two fresh faces, Melissa Benoist and Becca Tobin, have been cast to fill the now half-empty McKinley High choir room alongside the previously announced Dean Geyer and Jacob Artist.

Glee Season 4 premieres in September.
