In support of Bob Dylan’s upcoming record, Tempest, he has released a video for the first song on the record, “Duquesne Whistle.” Shown wandering the streets with hoodlums, cross-dressers and what appears to be a Kiss cover band member, Dylan’s latest video mixes humor, romance and anonymous kidnap beatings.
Tempest is expected to drop September 10th via Columbia Records.
