Houston Texans still Vegas underdogs after Demaryius Thomas trade

As first reported by the NFL's Ian Rapoport, the Houston Texans have traded a 4th round pick and swapped 7th round picks for Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas.

The Broncos will also send a 2019 seventh-rounder to Houston and will receive fourth and seventh-round picks in the 2019 draft.

If the deal goes down, Thomas' first game will be against the Denver Broncos....in Denver. Rookie receiver Courtland Sutton has had a breakout year with the Broncos by recording 324 yards and two touchdowns in eight games.

"He developed into an elite player over the years, establishing himself as one of the NFL's most productive, consistent and reliable wide receivers". The Texans will be in Denver Sunday afternoon to take on the Broncos.

Fuller has missed nine games in his first three National Football League seasons. The team also could restructure Thomas' deal in the offseason. Last year, Thomas notched 83 receptions for 949 yards and five scores, showcasing his ability to be a top weapon, even with Trevor Siemian as his quarterback.
