Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to live in Windsor at Frogmore Cottage

Harry and Meghan are expecting their first baby next spring.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are moving out of Kensington Palace and they are heading to the suburbs "as they prepare for the arrival of their first child!"

The Sussexes have been living at Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace since announcing their engagement in November a year ago.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex confirmed they would be packing their bags for Frogmore Cottage in the grounds of Windsor Castle. They will keep their office at Kensington Palace, which is also home to Prince William and his wife Kate. Each day Prince Harry, 34, and Meghan, 37, will be reminded of so many special moments in their life together as the cottage faces the grounds of Frogmore House, where they took their stunning engagement photos and held their evening wedding reception. There current home has just two bedrooms.

Located in the Home Park of Windsor Castle, the gardens at Frogmore House have been a favourite retreat for monarchs and their families since the house was purchased by Queen Charlotte in 1790.

It is apparently having a multi-million pound refit at the expense of the taxpayer before Meghan and Harry, who are due to have a baby in April or May, move in.

The cottage is now divided into five units which were home to royal staff. Palace sources claim there was "nothing available as an official residence in London".

Frogmore is now uninhabited and is only used by the Royal family for private and public functions.

The grounds include the Mausoleum of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert and the Royal Burial Ground where Harry's great great uncle, the abdicated King Edward VIII, is buried with his wife Wallis Simpson - later Duchess of Windsor.

"There has been a bit of tension between the brothers", the source said.

The couple, whose royal titles are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, revealed the pregnancy back in October to much fanfare.
