Now that the fighter has sold over three million copies in the first 11 days of being available in the United States, the Big N has announced that this marks the fastest selling game for the Nintendo Switch.

Just this morning Nintendo shared the news with Destructoid that the Switch is the "fastest-selling USA console". Based on the current pace of Switch sales, it seems unlikely Nintendo will surpass Sony on worldwide hardware sales in the first two years.

Sales of the Switch aren't the only thing Nintendo is celebrating.
