Christopher Reimer of Indie Rock Band Women Dies

Christopher Reimer, a founding member and guitarist of Calgary rock band Women, has died. Although the cause of death is unknown, The Calgary Herald reports that Reimer died in his sleep. He was 26. Women has released two studio albums, 2008's Women and 2010's Public Strain. The band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2010 after an on stage brawl. An unhappy Adele took a play from the M.I.A live appearance playbook and flipped off the cameras at the 2012 Brit Awards after host James Corden interrupted her Album of the Year speech so Blur could begin their 11-minute set. The 2012 Brit Awards aired earlier tonight and once again Adele was the big winner. The singer took home awards for "British Female Solo Artist" and "British Album of the Year." The Foo Fighters also added on to their 2012 award total, taking home a brit for "International Group".  Lana Del Rey managed to snag the award for "International Breakthrough Act" and Rihanna walked away with an award for "International Female Solo Artist".
