Cults have released their video for “You Know What I Mean”, from their 2011 self-titled debut album.  In the 60′s inspired clip was directed by Isaiah Seret, Madeline Follin plays nurse to guitarist Brian Oblivion after he’s badly injured during  a stunt.  Check out the video below (via NPR)
