Noel Gallagher to Release New Single in March


Expect new music from Noel Gallagher in March. NME reports that the former Oasis member will release a new track from his collaboration with Amorphous Androgynous next month. Gallagher will release a track titled, 'Shoot A Hole In The Sun', as the B-side to his single 'Dream On' on March 12 via Sour Mash Records. Noel Gallagher: ‘Liam Killed Oasis In America’


In a recent interview with the New York Times Noel Gallagher talks about Oasis, drug use and of course, Liam. He even goes so far to blame his brother for Oasis failing to make it big in America. The Gallagher Brothers Resume Their Legal Battle


The fighting between the Gallagher Brothers has resumed, according to NME. Liam filed a lawsuit earlier this year after his brother said in a press conference that he had pulled out of a headline performance at V Festival in 2009 due to a hangover. Liam later dropped the suit. Liam Gallagher Announces First Post-Oasis Shows


Liam Gallagher has announced dates for the first live shows with his new band, Beady Eye. The group, which, in addition to Gallagher, includes ex-Oasis members Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock, will stage performances in Glasgow, Manchester and London in March 2011. Oasis will be releasing a compilation album this summer, a double-disc featuring greatest hits, called Time Flies…1994-2009.  Guitarist Noel Gallagher quit the band last August with “great relief,” thus ending the 15 year collaboration between him and his brother, frontman Liam Gallagher. Oasis Frontman Acquires Cinematic Rights to Beatles Book
