Lostprophets Announce First Australian Tour In Six Years

LostProphets certainly have one hell of a track record. They have amassed a massive fan base, sold millions of albums, sold out arenas around the globe, released a NO.1 Album and if that wasn’t enough they won “Best British Band” “Best Single” and “Best Album” trophies at the Kerrang! Awards. This created a space for the band where they could forge a sound that is truly their own.

Their sophomore release “Start Something” saw Lostprophets seething and grinning with a confidence that shone through the entire record. Ian Watkins’ vocals tore the place apart with passion, heart and soul. The result was a defiant pop record that said “We’re here to stay”.

The brand new album “The Betrayed” was released on January 29th and sees Lostprophets at their most fierce, ambitious and inventive. With riffs the size of the arenas they sold out and choruses that ll sore above and beyond the mosh pits into the stands and streets.

For the first time in 6 years Australian audiences will be privileged to the awe-inspiring powerful live show that Lostprophets create. I doubt there will be anyone left not feeling moved and exhilarated after these boys bring the musical smackdown to Australian ears.
