It appears that Courtney Love will never run out of things to say about Dave Grohl. Earlier this week we posted the video of Love storming off stage after a concert-goer held up a picture of her late husband, Kurt Cobain, but not before ranting about Cobain, her daughter, and of course Dave Grohl.
Now Love’s post show interview has hit the net and she apparently she had a lot more to say about the Foo Fighters singer. You can watch the video below.
“I own Nirvana with my daughter [Frances Bean],” Love says in the interview. “Because of tax reasons I have to give that money to my sister, Kim Cobain, and [Kurt's mother] Wendy Cobain. Dave makes five million a show… why the fuck, then, does he have a Nirvana Inc. credit card and I don’t?”
The Hole singer also claims that Kurt’s mother was homeless and lived under the same bridge Cobain mentioned in the track ‘Something In The Way’ from their 1991 album ‘Nevermind’, and continued the Grohl bashing saying, “He didn’t even write the drum riff for ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’. Kurt owns 100% of that publishing.”"He didn’t even write the drum riff for ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit,’ ” she said. “Kurt owns 100 percent of that publishing… You can go like [the Foo Fighters] all you want. But don’t say you like them in front of me, because I will walk off stage and never come back.”
I guess Dave won’t be getting an invite to the Love family Thanksgiving.
