Swizz Beatz Is Not The CEO of MegaUpload

In a strange turn of events, hip hop producer/entrepreneur Swizz Beatz’ claims of being CEO of recently shut down file sharing website MegaUpload have been deemed false.

Ira Rothken, MegaUpload.com attorney informed Rolling Stone that Swizz Beatz was “negotiating to become the CEO, but it was never official.” This explains why the supposed CEO was never mentioned in the list of company defendants arrested after charges were pressed against them for copyright infringement and racketeering.

Due to the indefinite postponement of the SOPA and PIPA act, MegaUpload.com is fighting to recover from this disastrous situation.
