There are reports that an arrest warrant could be issued for Chris Brown.
According to the police report filed in Florida, Christal Spann, 24, has accused the Grammy winning singer of stealing her iPhone after she followed Chris and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub and snapped a picture of Brown in the back of the car.
According to Spann, Brown got upset and grabbed her phone from the car window, saying, “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.”
Spann’s allegations are currently under investigation and no arrest warrant has been issued at this time. Since winning at the 2012 Grammys, Brown as found himself in the midst of firestorm, drawing criticism from the likes of CM Punk and Miranda Lambert. The criticism kept coming after the singer and his ex-girlfriend Rihanna released two new tracks together.
Brown’s attorney and a spokeswoman did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
