Sled Island Festival has announced the initial headliners performing at this year’s festival in Calgary, AB, Canada from June 20 – 23, 2012. Headlining this year is Canadian pop star Feist, The Hold Steady, Archers of Loaf and and Andrew W.K.
Other headliners include Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks, Toronto’s Timber Timbre, and Thurston Moore. These are just eight of more than 200 musical acts that will be performing at Sled Island 2012.
The festival will take place across multiple venues, but the main stage will be housed at Olympic Plaza on Friday June 22 and Saturday June 23.
Festival passes are on sale now for middle-bird prices at $179 for the Festival Discovery Pass and $299 for the Festival Discovery Plus Pass until March 31 via www.sledisland.com.
