Skrillex Confirms Collaboration With Kanye West On New Album

Sonny Moore, aka Grammy award-winning DJ Skrillex, has confirmed that he will contribute to fellow Grammy-winning producer Kanye West on the follow up to West’s album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

While discussing his recent success, the current state of EDM and headlining set at HARD Summer Festival in an interview with The Daily Beast, Skrillex went on to say that his Kanye collaboration will actually be the first track on West’s new album.

Not a stranger to the EDM scene, Kanye West previously delved into the genre on tracks such as his hit single “Stronger,” which samples Daft Punk and “Who Gon Stop Me,” which samples Flux Pavillion. As both West and Skrillex are very much at peaking points in their careers, this collaboration is set for crossover appeal between rap and electronic aficionados alike.

The only question remains: Will this make the final cut of the album?
