The Rolling Stones have released the second new song to be featured on the legends’ newest, greatest hits compilation ‘GRRR!,‘ (out Tuesday, 11/13 – just in time for holiday shopping). Celebrating half a century together, “One More Shot,” just like “Doom and Gloom,” proves new material from The Stones isn’t just some mere dog-and-pony-show victory lap. Also like “Doom And Gloom,” Mick and Keith wrote “One More Shot” together, and it was recorded in Paris with veteran Stones collaborator Don Was.
The Stones are currently prepping for their 50th Anniversary dates at London’s O2 Arena (11/25, 11/29) and Prudential Center in Newark, NJ (12/13, 12/15). GRRR! will be offered as a 50-song, three-disc collection, or as an even more expansive 80-song, special deluxe box set.
