Three days after the release of their new album, Wrecking Ball, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform a special concert at New York's Apollo Theater on March 9th to celebrate the ten-year anniversary of satellite radio. Bruce Springsteen Announces 2012 Tour Dates

As previously reported, Bruce Springsteen will drop his forthcoming album, "Wrecking Ball", in March.  The album will be the first since 2009's "Working on a Dream", and the first since the death of legendary E Street Band saxophonist Clarence Clemons. As previoulsy reported, Bruce Springsteen is releasing a new album this year. According to Rolling Stone, the album entitled Wrecking Ball was produced by Ron Aniello and features appearances from Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello and former Pearl Jam drummer Matt Chamberlain. Noel Gallagher and Elbow Confirmed For Isle of Wight 2012

Bruce Springsteen Announces 2012 Tour Dates and New Album Details


Bruce Springsteen has announced a series of 2012 European tour dates. The dates run from the middle of May until end of July. US dates and the World tour dates will be announced shortly. Legendary Saxophonist Clarence Clemons Dies


Clarence Clemons passed away today at the age of 69. The legendary saxophonist has been ill due to a stroke he suffered back on June 12. Clemons was known best for his time as a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. His powerful, soulful solos can be heard on such hits as "Born to Run," "Jungleland," "Prove It All Night," "Tenth Avenue Freeze Out," and "Badlands."
