Rush Limbaugh Loses 141 Advertisers


It's been nearly two-weeks since the "slut" heard around the world, and advertisers are still fleeing from Rush Limbaugh's radio program at a record pace. Think Progress reports that 141 companies have yanked their ads from Limbaugh's program since the conservation talk show host called Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke a "slut" and a "prostitute". Rush (The Band) Demands Rush (The Host) Stop Playing Their Music


Peter Gabriel isn't the only musician that wants nothing to do with conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh. The popular 80's band Rush has also demanded that Limbaugh stop using their music on his program. Peter Gabriel Pulls Music from Rush Limbaugh’s Show


Peter Gabriel  is demanding that his music be pulled from Rush Limbaugh's radio show after learning that his 1986 hit "Sledgehammer" was played while the host hurled insults at Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke on Wednesday, reports Rolling Stone.
